**Mission**:
You will own the development of programs that end-to-end product delivery for a core program and drive important projects focused on defining and iterating on key parts of the EOR, GP and HRIS product, processes, tools, and operations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the payroll team and ultimately to improve our customers’ experience

**Duties**
- Product vision and delivery of the vision they define. Building it up from a business case through to shipping and post launch support
- Develop product roadmaps by making prioritization decisions based on magnitude of problems combined with resource required to solve these issues
- Build complex business cases for product teams to be enabled in building the required features
- Undertake AB testing to understand product impact in either experimentation before launch or post launch with iterations

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Product or Program Management in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with product teams
- Have advanced working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Salesforce or other to dive into technical details
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical rigor and quantitative skills to independently conduct project analysis and to successfully analyze complex data sets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and align with various stakeholders in cross-module/team projects

**Bonus points**:

- You have previous experience in shipping products including mapping of the user journey and defining acceptance criteria for deployment
- Customer experience background
Engineering background that facilitates thinking in a factory/machine setup
- Solid slide writing skills to visualize thoughts and ideas
