En este rol es clave contar con la experiência y pensamiento dinámico para la correcta y eficiente disponibilidad de materiales para la producción diaria, así como del razonamiento crítico para resolver obstáculos y ejecutar cada una de las actividades de manera precisa para el cumplimiento de los objetivos, aunado al trabajo en equipo en búsqueda de alcanzar las metas de la compañía.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar la ejecución del plan de producción con disponibilidad de materiales en punto de uso, evitando paros de línea.
- Responsable de Conteos Cíclicos para asegurar un correcto inventario en sistema vs físico.
- Responsable del inventario físico de WIP junto con producción y soporte para el resto del inventario en almacén.
- Administración y control de préstamos intercompañía.
- Revisión de materiales obsoletos junto con Gerencia para depuración de material en almacén.
- Seguimiento a discrepancias de inventario, identificación de causa raíz y solución/ajuste según corresponda sin sobrepasar el métrico mensual.
- Realizar el backflush en Oracle alineado a lo reportado por producción y materiales, así como asegurar la correcta transferencia de materiales entre las 2 áreas
- Identificar mejoras en el proceso de recibo/almacenamiento/surtimiento de materiales documentados en proyectos.

**Requisitos**:

- Carrera técnica o Licenciatura terminada
- Experiência mínima de 2-3 años en puestos/actividades similares de almacén o planeación
- Manejo de montacargas deseable
- Experiência en manejo de personal deseable

Habilidades/Características deseadas:

- Conocimiento del sistema ERP (Oracle deseable)
- Manejo de Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Priorización de actividades
- Trabajo en equipo con áreas multi-funcionales
- Pensamiento analítico
- Habilidades de comunicación
