We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Help Desk Specialist - Full Time - to join our team in Mexico

**Location: Fully remote.**

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working at any shift (rotational shifts, morning, afternoon and night)
- **Advanced English (B2 as minimum)**
- **Advanced German (C2 as minimum, preferred native)**:

- Looking to work in IT Environment
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service

**Activities**
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
