RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end complex solutions along with the clients we serve
- Deliver a solution within time and budget
- Manage distributed teams across different locations and with different cultural backgrounds
- Empower the Engineering Team to achieve results and provide relevant suggestions to improve product quality
- Lead the discussions between Business and Technical Teams from both EPAM and client to achieve results and clearly define expectations
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to define and propose a reliable and scalable solution
- Execute and manage all tasks governing entire project life-cycle
- Manage an Engineering Team by ensuring proper Team composition, setup, knowledge scaling, growth, and performance
- Manage and participate in requirements elaboration
- Ensure required level of live systems support

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5-10 years’ experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
- Solid experience with Shopify and Ecommerce
- Experience managing Stakeholder’s expectations while delivering high-quality solutions
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills in dealing with technical & project-delivery management, risks, issues, and remediation
- Experience in driving excellence and best practices in software development solutions
- Excellent English communication Skills
- Very good experience working in End2End projects (PnLs/ROI, SOWs, SLAs, KPIs)
- Skilled in Agile and Scrum
