**What you will do**:

- Supports management and deployment of the CORE Operating System at all Site Organization levels with initiatives to improve processes
- Trains and develops change leaders for the Company and empowers all employees to drive process improvements every day
- Leads, participates or facilitates CORE Engagements (kaizen events)
- Oversees individual CORE certifications (internal)
- Partnering with Manufacturing Cells and Functional Departments to ensure CORE tools implementation.
- Define metrics structure and periodic monitoring of them in order to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensures and enables CORE Site maturity assessments. Recommends process and procedural changes to ensure that company objectives in the areas of safety, people, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency are met.

**Qualifications **you must have**:

- Typically requires University Degree in industrial engineering or related field/ similar and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- 4-5 years' experience in (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence)
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement approaches (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of contemporary problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Ability to operate independently within a tight deadline environment.
- Manage cross-functional teams
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
