¿Que harás?
A través de un liderazgo de apoyo amplio y consistente, desarrollando confianza y respeto en sus equipos, cumple con los objetivos de producción para garantizar el servicio oportuno y la funcionalidad del producto. Responsable de cumplir con los programas de producción asignados, mediante la adecuada gestión de los recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales, enfocados en el logro de indicadores Corporativos como JCMS, Seguridad, Calidad, Gente, Productividad, Entrega a Tiempo y Costos.
¿Cómo lo harás?
- Cumplir con las Normas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente y el compromiso de Seguridad.
- Cumplir con las acciones para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la promoción de entornos organizacionales favorables derivadas de la NOM-035-STPS.
- Supervisar y administrar el proceso productivo y los recursos materiales, técnicos y humanos (Asistencia, Entrenamiento, Disciplina y Desarrollo de su personal) a su disposición, para cumplir con el programa de producción diario con Seguridad, en tiempo, calidad, cantidad, y costo. Asegurar el inicio y término de turno a tiempo.
- Brindar información mensual oportuna de acuerdo con sus metas derivadas de sus KPI’s.
- Monitorear la meta de producción por hora, así como tomar de decisiones para el cumplimiento de la productividad.
- Participar en la integración del personal de nuevo ingreso, “Onboarding”.
- Cumplir con los métricos de rotación y ausentismo, así como generar ideas para la reducción de los mismos.
- Implementar las medidas disciplinarias en su área de trabajo de acuerdo con los reglamentos de seguridad, EHS, Reglamento interior de trabajo y LFT.
- Seguir los lineamientos del sistema de manufactura de Johnson Controls: JCMS
- Participar en los equipos de mejora continua como los de Six Sigma, Manufactura Esbelta, entre otros.
- Cumplir con el rol de facilitador de HPT y asegurar la implementación del modelo de acuerdo con el requerimiento de JCMS.
- Encontrar la causa raíz de problemas en el proceso e implementar proyectos de mejora continua para el área haciendo uso de metodologías y herramientas estadísticas.
- Liderar los tableros de métricos para asegurar el cumplimiento de productividad, desperdicio, tiempo extra, 5’s, HeadCount, así como revisar tendencias para detectar causa raíz e implementar acciones correctivas. Asegurar la actualización diaria de los mismos.
- Asegurar la flexibilidad en las operaciones mediante la capacitación y entrenamiento (operadores multifuncionales).
- Evaluar a su personal a cargo mínimo 1 vez año y establecer los planes de acción para llevar a su equipo al alto desempeño.

- Fomentar la participación en los programas de reconocimientos que hace la empresa.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Título Universitario en Ingeniería/Administración o lo equivalente combinado en educación y experiência.
- Conocimiento en Balanceo de Líneas.
- Conocimiento Básico de las herramientas asignadas a su área.
- Inglés básico.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência continua en procesos de manufactura.
- Habilidades de Comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidades de organización, análisis y solución de problemas
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, administración de personal, Administración de Recursos y la Ejecución de planes.
- Habilidad de manejar y resolver conflictos, así como asignar prioridades.
- Habilidad en MS Office, Teams.
- Conocimiento en KRONOS Y WORKDAY, preferentemente.
- Conocimiento de ISO 9001, 50001, ISO 45001 y 14001
