**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and build new features and iterate on existing ones
- Learning about and using our own product in your day-to-day work to not only inform your designs with data, but also to develop a deep understanding of our users' goals and behaviors for yourself
- Work as part of the product leadership team to craft and communicate our product vision, mission, and strategy
- Work closely with Product Managers to conduct user research and prototyping sessions
- Craft beautiful, elegant designs alongside the product and development teams
- Work with product and engineering to measure and monitor the success of what is built
- Proactively find design inconsistencies, experience gaps, and potential future features and product lines

**What You Need to Succeed**

You do not have to have all of these qualifications, but the more you have the better.
- 4+ years of experience as a UX designer (not just a graphic designer) in a B2B SaaS context
- Experience with contextual inquiry and generative user research and the ability to facilitate user research
- Experience prototyping and testing designs
- A proven track record of simplifying complex products into intuitive experiences
- Working knowledge of BI technologies (ELT, Data Warehousing, & Data Visualization) and data analytics
- Advanced level of oral and written English
