**Descripción del cargo**:
El Gerente de Cadena de Suministro es responsable de asegurar la demanda y el plan de producción del sitio para entregar productos a los mercados nacionales e internacionales. Así mismo es responsable de desarrollar estrategias para evitar y superar temas de riesgos de suministro y asegurar la disponibilidad de producto, así como un eficiente plan de producción.

Es también responsable de la función de Compras del sitio de los materiales directos, así como de materiales técnicos y de soporte. Tiene la responsabilidad de implementar estrategias y procesos de compras, así como gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores para asegurar la continuidad de la producción y costos competitivos de los materiales.

Adicionalmente, la posición es responsable del manejo de los almacenes de la planta, así como de los proyectos globales que tengan impacto en la continuidad de negocio.

**Funciones, obligaciones, actividades**:

- Establece la planeación de producción del sitio a través del manejo del MRP y la conversión del FC en Demanda y en plan de producción para productos nacionales y de exportación
- Asegurar el suministro de los materiales directos para lograr el plan de producción
- Gestionar relación con proveedores y crear una relación de certeza y valor en la cadena
- Establecer una estrategia y procesos de compras que aseguren la continuidad de la producción
- Establecer una estrategia y procesos de compras para materiales técnicos y de soporte
- Desarrollar y mantener procesos críticos de negocio (Ej. Modelo híbrido con Bayer, Mustang)
- Control de Inventarios y destrucciones eficiente para minimizar pérdidas
- Interface con “stake-holders “clave como el equipo comercial para asegurar que las expectativas y compromisos estén alineados y se cumplan
- Dirigir equipos multi disciplinarios como operaciones comerciales, manufactura, regulatorio, para asegurar continuidad de producción y proyectos del sitio
- Impulsar proyectos de Excelencia Operacional para reducción de COPS y OPEX en las áreas de responsabilidad

**Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas)**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o carreras afines
- Deseable un MBA o estudios equivalentes en Cadena de Suministro
- Inglés alto; habilidades escritas altas y fluidez en la conversación
- Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
- Pensamiento estratégico
- Poder manejar la ambigüedad y los conflictos
- Actitud de trabajo pro activa e independiente
- Habilidad para trabajar con gente con diferentes contextos culturales
- Habilidad para balancear varios intereses y con objetivos superpuestos como finanzas, calidad y el equipo comercial
- Conocimiento regulatorio (COFEPRIS and SADER)
