**Manufacturing Manager**

**Position Summary**
- _ We are looking for the best talent for the Manufacturing Manager vacancy. We are a leading company in the construction of electrical signals and due to the growth of our plant we are looking for you._

**Your Role**
- _ Promote and maintain a safe work environment._
- _ Implement strategies and activities to ensure the Safety, Quality and Productivity metrics_
- _ Coordinate with service areas activities for continuous improvement._
- _ Promote and develop skills of the people under his responsibility._
- _ Development cost reduction projects_
- _ Optimize the management of the assigned resources._
- _ Compliance with the objectives defined by the organization_

**Your Background**
- _ Minimum experience of 3 years in the same position._
- _ Professional career degree (Industrial Engineering or similar)_
- _ English 80% (speaking, reading and writing)_
- _ Management and guidance of groups _
- _Initiative of taking own decisions._
- _ Technical problem solving tools._
- _ Capacity to work under pressure._
