Our client has been a leader in managing homeowner associations and condominiums since 1975. They believe their goal is to maintain property values and improve the quality of life for residents.
**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following activities**:
- Answering calls: explaining information, sending replacement coupons, handling refund requests, updating homeowners’ information, interest/late fee adjustments, and educating homeowners on payment options.
- Transfer calls to appropriate team members and other associated duties when needed.
- Assist in identifying ways of improving efficiency to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Perform assignments associated with department projects as directed by the direct supervisor.
- Process tickets in the company’s system.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday,
3-week training: 7:30am to 4:30pm.
After training, the shift will be between 7:00am to 6:00pm (8 hour shift)._

**Minimum requirements**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers.
- Advance English and strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Ability to address customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
- Ability to communicate with team members at all levels of business.
