**Tu rol en Baxter**:
Administrar y supervisar las instalaciones de las oficinas corporativas de Baxter México, manteniéndolas en óptimas condiciones de funcionamiento a través del programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, brindar soporte al área de EHSS en acciones de cumplimiento de los lineamientos corporativos y regulatorios locales en materia de medio ambiente, salud ocupacional y seguridad industrial.

Administrar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de seguridad del sitio y del negocio (BCP)

**Lo que realizaras en Baxter**:

- Planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar los recursos disponibles de las oficinas e infraestructura instalada, garantizando funcionabilidad, limpieza e higiene necesarias.
- Ser contacto directo con la administración del edificio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del procedimiento y normas de seguridad para el acceso a las instalaciones.
- Validar y generar accesos de personal y de vehículos.
- Administrar las funciones de intendencia, así como actividades de proveedores externos
- Administrar y coordinar o realizar las funciones de mensajería interna.
- Administrar el ingreso y uso de la bodega.
- Llevar a cabo las solicitudes de cotizaciones, órdenes de compra de materiales, servicios y equipos.
- Coordinar la atención y apoyo a las solicitudes de servicio de parte de las diferentes áreas.
- Elaborar el presupuesto anual de mantenimiento.
- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos menores y correctivos, fallas eléctricas, plomería, pintura, cuidado del mobiliario, equipos de aires acondicionados, etc.
- Asistir a la facilidad en el cumplimiento de los requerimientos EHSS aplicables
- Cumplimiento y monitoreo de indicadores
- Brindar soporte en auditorias EHSS
- Coordinar y vigilar el cumplimiento de las políticas de EHSS
- Actualizar y dar entrenamiento de BCP de forma periódica.
- Reporte de intendencia y/o mensajeros.
- Levantamiento y verificación de flotillas en sitio.

**Lo que aportaras en Baxter**:

- Técnico o Tecnología en mantenimiento, mantenimiento eléctrico, profesional titulado en Administración, Ingeniería o afines.
- 1 a 3 años de experiência en cargos similares
- Conocimiento paquetería offices
- Ingles básico
