**En Palladium Hotel Group estamos buscando cubrir la posición de Revenue Manager para Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa.**

**Misión del puesto de trabajo**:
Maximización de los ingresos del portafolio asignado, a través de la mejora del market share, rentabilidad de los canales de ventas, implementación de estrategia de pricing en todos los canales y segmentos de mercado. Gestion de inventarios, asegurando su máxima ocupación al precio más alto posible. Elaboración de forecast y presupuestos, monitoreo y análisis de la competencia, análisis de la demanda y performance de mercados. Análisis de la demanda por tipo de habitacion. Constante seguimiento y cuestionamiento de la estrategia de area comercial. Comunicar a stakeholders las recomendaciones y estrategias que soporten la maximización de ingresos. Promover la rentabilidad del portafolio.
**Tus funciones principales serán**:
- Monitorear diariamente el ingreso de reservas en el corto, mediano y largo plazo
- Analizar los precios internos y de la competencia
- Identificar las fechas de alta demanda y asegurar su óptimo aprovechamiento
- Identificar fechas con bajo performance y proponer estrategias de crecimiento
- Aplicar acciones de pricing y yielding, tendientes a la maximización de ingresos totales
- Monitorear la demanda y entender su dinámica
- Monitorear oportunamente las acciones de la competencia
- Analizar la composición de la demanda en cuanto a canales, segmentos, feeder markets, room types, clientes, etc.
- Analizar el performance de campañas comerciales y acciones de mercado implementadas
- Definir el mix óptimo de inventario para cada segmento/mercado
- Calcular los pronósticos de ventas para el portafolio asignado y llevar a cabo su seguimiento
- Parametrización y mantenimiento de los sistemas de RMS.
- Comunicar constantemente la estrategia a las áreas comercial y de operaciones
- Validar el pricing óptimo de grupos/proyectos especiales
- Monitorear, analizar y mejorar el performance de hot dates
- Analizar los resultados de acciones especiales de marketing y ventas
- Gestionar el performance y rentabilidad por tipo de habitación
- Analizar e identificar anomalías en la data generada por los sistemas disponibles
- Analizar el desempeño del portafolio para asegurar impacto positivo en RGI
- Validar regularmente la integridad de los datos, reservas, produccion, cancelaciones, cierres, etc.
- Asegurar el flujo de información hacia las áreas de reservas, comercial y de operaciones para asegurar la ejecución acorde con la estrategia planteada.
**Requisitos**:
**Experiência y conocimientos técnicos**:
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en la posicion en hoteles de categoria 5 estrellas.
- Formación profesional en áreas de hotelería, finanzas, ingeniería, estadística, economía administración de empresas.
- Nível medio-alto de inglés
- Nível medio-alto de Excel
