Your life at...
- You will be in a client facing position and be responsible to Planning, coordination, and control of testing activities
- You will be a Test Manager tracking both Test Preparation phase and Test Execution phase entry and exit criteria
- You will be working collaboratively with business users and partner organizations to deliver Enterprise Testing deliverables
- Provide representation of Enterprise Testing team in working groups / projects
- You will work Business and technical changes warrant updates in existing regression suite.
**Requisitos**:
Oral English Advanced (it will be tested)
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Experience in leading teams in QA projects Experience in working in Test project methodologies.
- Providing Test Management expertise and guidance
- Crafting Test Strategy, Test Plan, and other test planning artefacts
- Gathering alignment/approval for test planning artefacts
- Monitoring the progress of testing activities and identifying deviations between actual progress against the plan
- Enforcing quality and compliance within the testing practice
- Enforcing SOX Control requirements related to the Enterprise Testing domain
- First point of contact for Test Management tool training for users (ex. Providing HPQC ALM training for users)
- Providing feedback and progress reports to stakeholders/management
- Working with other delivery teams to produce requirements traceability matrix
- Hosting meetings to track and push progress towards meeting exit criteria
- Engaging relevant members needed to complete testing / unblock testing (ex. Testers, developers, project team, functional team, etc)
- Ensuring that test documentation is executed correctly and captured in the designated test management tool
- Engaging management for corrective action / escalation to unblock testing
- Providing regular reports / dashboards on testing progress
- Producing Test Phase closure documentation and engaging stakeholders for sign-off on time
