**Job Summary：**
Develope robust and reliable CNC Aluminum machining processes to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives in Monterrey facility. The Machining on aluminum castings PQE should constantly meet Product/Project Costs, Quality, and implementation schedule established by the project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define machine specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for Capital equipment related to CNC aluminum machining.
- Perform problem solving using 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why tools to systematically determine root cause.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CNC machining programs through deep analysis of Critical Dimensions and Tolerancing.
- Perform administrative tasks as part of project implementation: Purchase Orders and follow up (Capital, equipment, fixtures, and tools).
- Measure, analyze and improve indicators SCRAP, FPY, DPU's, Downtime and Efficiency of machining equipment.
- Develop and update Control Plans, PFMEAs, JSAs, Ergonomic studies related to machining and assembly processes.
- Collaborate in Opex initiatives as VSAs, RIEs, and Gembas.
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic BSc degree
- Manufacturing/Process/Quality Engineer with at least 5 years on CNC aluminum machining processes.
- Project Management, Team management
- CNC programming and tool selection and design, competent on Lean Manufacturing, Material flow, DMAIC, GD&T, MiniTab, TPM, Autocad.
- Fluent English
