- Facilitar estrategia de reclutamiento, atracción y evaluación de talento.
- Apoyar en fortalecer la marca empleadora de la empresa.
- Coordinar eventos de reclutamiento para aumentar el posicionamiento de la empresa.
- Cumplir plan de contratación anual.
- Apegarse a políticas de promociones internas.
- Administrar y desarrollar proveedores de servicios de soporte a actividades de reclutamiento: Head hunters, agencias, bolsas de empleo, etc.
- Definir y extender ofertas laborales.

Salario: A partir de $32,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
