Team Overview:
The credit card account& settlement team is respponsble for managing

credit card customer accounts and accounting for credit card settlement。The analyst is involved performing backend maintenance related to Credit Card Issuers,and responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transaction processing for credit card business

We are looking for an experienced financial transaction operation analyst

1) He /She is familiar with the credit card business, such as knowing how credit card interest is calculated

2) He /She has working experience in processing credit card financial transactions

Role Responsibilities:
**Description of duties**

1) Making Decision as process sop's

2) Process credit card financial transactions

3) Closure of requests within stipulated timelines

4) Assist internal team in resolving financial transaction issues related to customer accounts

5) Other ad-hoc assignments.

Role Qualifications:

- **Years of Experience**:3 years experience or above in credit card industry**

**Bachelor's/ Post Graduate Degree**:Bachelor’s degree

(Bachelor’s degree will be a plus for the candiate)

- Critical Thinking: Candiate regularly digs into records to analyze the situation They need the ability to understand the information they see and use it to suggest improvements.
- Teamwork: Candiate often coordinates works with other team members. Thus, he must work well with others.
- **Hard Skills**:

- Math: Candiate needs excellent math skills. They often calculates and demonstrates the interest calculation process of the bill for the customer in their daily work.
- Software: Candiate uses specific software programs to perform their jobs. They may need to be familiar with programs like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Knowledge: Candiate should be familiar with credit card system and credit card business rules, such as credit card interest rules, credit card minimum payment

**Educational Background**:
Preferably major in accounting, finance,finance management

**Preferred Industries Experience**:
Commercial banks focusing on Credit cards

Fintech company fcousing on Credit cards

**Spoken Languages**: Excellent English speaking
