- On-site Manager is responsible of development and coordination of activities related to sales within Mexico for the Fives businesses, ensure customer satisfaction, through the successful closure of projects, as well as compliance with corporate goals and marketing activities for development long-term business.In this role you will succeed by:
- Market analysis to recommend growth opportunities to expand the market.
- Develop and maintain effective communications with the client by scheduling visits to the plant.
- Respond and support projects by providing timely proposals, as requested by clients.
- Maintain open and professional lines of communication with clients, as the central point of contact.
- Deliver information of the requirements to Design Engineers and controls before quoting.
- Performs the final analysis of the proposals prepared by the Quotation Engineer to ensure the financial success of the company and compliance with customer requirements, creative alternatives, and work planning to meet deadlines.
- Follow the original specifications of the client so that they are in accordance with what is established in the purchase order.
- Ensure obtaining design approval from the client.
- Understand the project budget and stay within it.
- Maintain an effective list of pending issues and guide the resolution.
- Guide engineers and the manufacturing department to coordinate effective work teams.
- Responsible for the machinery/equipment installations, coordinating with the manufacturing supervisor and the assigned service personnel, the activities to carry it out.
- Work on the administration of team resources.
- Ensure that the timing of the project is known by the members of the project teams.
- Physical and electronic documentation of all stages of the project.
- Gather information on the operation of the equipment and ensure validation and closure specifications that have been completed, satisfied and documented, through acceptance letters and service reports.
- Review of effectiveness analysis.
- Review of risk analysis.
- Direct compliance with budgets, informing the organization in project reviews.

**Education and Experiences**:

- 6+ years similar position in the automotive industry.
- Technical knowledge in automation and assembly lines.
- Bachelor’s degree as Engineer Industrial or Mechanical.
- Knowledge of STANDARDS.
- Technical and business English.
- Knowledge of conventional tools.
- Problem solving/decision making.
- Superior organizational and planning skills.
- Team player capable to work under pression.
