**What you will do?**

Utilize our people talents to produce at the pace of customer demand using optimal resources achieving lowest cost with Six Sigma quality across the entire Value Stream.

**How you will do it?**

Lead cross-functional expert teams to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in People, Quality, Material Flow, and Cost. Value Stream Analysis (Current and Future State Value Stream Mapping) Applies DMAIC methodology and Lean tools to lead improvement project at all type of processes. Collaborate with C.I. Manager to assess the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Develop Future State vision and implementation plan. Assist in locating Best-in-Class Operations processes, and then introduce them to the plant. Support other C.I. initiatives, including best practice implementation, while striving to improve Business Metrics Coach team members in understanding Lean and/or Six Sigma principles. Assist in the gathering of JCMS Assessment data. Collaborate with C.I. Manager to improve Lean-Six Sigma relevant metrics, including those in the 6 panels charts. Using standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop a plant C.I. Roadmap, bridging business metrics gaps with either: 1. Just Do It improvements, or 2. Lean Implementation projects. Identifies barriers to project success and requests help from champions when needed. Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in any strategic initiative that will help in compliance to standards, implementing new systems, and designing creative solutions that will continuously improve the plant. Accountable to impact on Operational Cost. Provides basic Lean training to project team members. Reports on project progress to Champion and other appropriate leadership levels at least on a monthly basis. Identifies and brings forward new project opportunities to Champions. Participate in Risk Assessments Participate in EHS suggestions program Participate in EHS obsevations program Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work. To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects. Participate in Training program. Identify training needs in safety, health and environment. Train your staff in procedures and instructions. Define corrective and preventive actions. Control system logs in your area. Develop and review procedures and instructions. Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior Identify and report potential environmental impacts Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
