**Our Team**
The KGS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows, and data through our primary platform, ServiceNow. Our team continually strives to transform service delivery by means of people, process, and technology. We must work as a global team, seek ways to breakdown silos, and leverage individual and team aptitudes to create a competitive advantage and exceptional value for our customers.
**What **You **Will Do**:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to effectively problem-solve and identify innovative solutions utilizing diverse perspectives and expertise
- Capture clear and detailed requirements that align with business goals, ensuring efficient use of resources and value creation
- Create well-documented and prioritized stories that streamline development and address critical issues
- Facilitate high-quality, on time testing, minimizing errors and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prioritize valuable work, promoting Agile principles, and enhancing team productivity and responsiveness
- Enhance processes through root cause analysis, automation, and optimization, leading to increased efficiency and reduced waste
- Improve team capabilities and knowledge retention, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
**What You Will Need:
- Previous experience as BSA supporting IT projects.
- Experience building strong cross functional business relationships
- Experience working with and communicating complex problems and solutions
- Experience working with IT systems
**What Will Put You Ahead**:
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- IT infrastructure process knowledge
- Experience leading multi-story projects
- Experience implementing cloud-based systems
- Experience in cost/economic evaluations
