Contralor Corporativo

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards in accordance with US GAAP

2. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide information to the Corporate Accounting Department

3. Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close (and year end close) to ensure accuracy and validity of accounting transactions and company books and records.

4. Perform and review monthly account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts for the location.

5. Review and improve accounting processes (SOPs) for the location

6. Provide support to other Company department areas with related accounting data as requested and in conjunction with the Corporate

7. Accounting Department. Prepare detailed accounts analytics. Supervise, support and train other accounting personnel and other department employees in the location

8. Execute and participate in special projects as needed. Interacts and provides financial support to all Operation Departments

**Experiência y requisitos**

English level, Advanced - Reading and Writing that allow fluid presentations and/or participation in negotiation processes Accounting Bachelor’s degree Computer Usage (Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel) Course work in job costing is recommended Experience: 2-5 years as an Accounting Manager in Manufacturing Industry Organized and able to manage multiple activities and programs timely and with a high degree of accuracy.
