**Job Description Summary**: Responsable de brindar soporte técnico y clínico formal para nuestros clientes en Latinoamérica, desde el proceso final de instalación, durante la capacitación y el ciclo de vida de los productos para la modalidad de INTERVENCIÓN (Vascular). Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar capacitación posventa, actividades de servicio al cliente y soporte continuo al cliente, incluido el servicio clínico en el sitio y el soporte remoto. También son responsables de apoyar los programas educativos y la creación de contenido educativo para estos clientes. Impulsar de forma proactiva la participación del cliente como parte del proceso de puesta en operación exitosa que mejore la experiência de los clientes con GE.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**
- En asociación con el cliente, ejecutar planes de capacitación para que adquiera las competencias que garanticen la idoneidad de los usuarios para un alto rendimiento en cada sistema de INTERVENCIÓN (Vascular).
- Interactuar proactivamente con el área de producto, comercial y de servicios para verificar que se cumplan las recomendaciones del área de Educación (Asistencia de personal, Agenda y sistema 100% operacional) para completar los entrenamientos a satisfacción.
- Mejorar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la creación de contenido para nuestro programa educativo en línea que permita soportar programas de educación continua y disponer de materiales complementarios dedicados a productos específicos. Igualmente construir soluciones educativas personalizadas de acuerdo con necesidades del cliente.
- Liderar cursos especiales de capacitación pre-aplicaciones y cursos de submodalidades especificas diseñados como soluciones adaptadas a necesidades de clientes.
- Producir informes posteriores a la capacitación bien redactados, evaluaciones de clientes y compartir información que apoye la gestión.
- Mantener un contacto estrecho con las áreas de producto, comercial y de servicios para construir un apoyo integral de GE como respaldo a nuestros clientes, desarrollo del perfil del cliente como futuros lideres en el entorno clínico en sociedad con nuestros equipos de MKT y Ventas.
- Asegurar el conocimiento y el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de calidad de la Compañía.
- Administre de manera efectiva, Logistica y presupuesto de viajes que permita un uso racional de los recursos.

**Calificaciones / Requisitos**
- Tecnólogo certificado en Radiología y diagnóstico por imágenes, Tecnólogo Médico, Ingeniero Biomédico.
- Se requiere experiência clínica y técnica profesional demostrable en INTERVENCIÓN (Vascular) necesaria para apoyar estudios a pacientes en un escenario clínico-hospitalario.
- Competencias de conocimiento técnico/clínico básico actual demostradas en productos y plataformas actuales.
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência clínica / técnica.
- Posee sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Poseer sólidas habilidades interpersonales, de trato a clientes y de gerencia básica, tiene la capacidad de trabajar en entornos de alta presión y coloca la integridad como elemento primario
- Disponibilidad y disposición de viajar mucho (4 a 5 días a la semana y algunos casos los fines de semana) en Latinoamérica.
- Deseable: inglés de nível intermedio a superior
