**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, within the framework and priorities of Global YaraVita (Foliar Nutrition), Biostimulants and Coatings Strategy, the strategy specific for Mexico for the next 3-5 years defining key aspects (portfolio, channels, crops, regions, structure, agronomic & marketing priorities, etc.), key milestones and steps.
- Implement local YaraVita strategy in full collaboration and aligment with the Commercial team and deliver sales targets for YaraVita, Biostimulants and Coatings.
- Responsible to develop the structure needed to fulfill the Business Plan and the strategy for YaraVita, Biostimulants and coatings roadmap.
- Develop specific local knowledge on foliar nutrition, biostimulants and coatigns for the Mexican market in order to assess options and opportunities for Yara in the market on the short and long run.
- Interact/collaborate with Latam and Central YaraVita team in order to get support (trainings, field support, marketing & agronomy support, etc.) in fully deploying the strategies.
- Analysing and forecasting market fundamentals and trends to identify opportunities for Yara

**Profile**:

- Agronomic Engineer
- Specialty in Foliar Nutrition and Biostimulants is a plus
- MBA or Business related MS degree in business/economics is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Advance technical knowledge in foliar Nutrition, Biostimulants and coatings
- Market knowledge and marketing habilities.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the agri industry (sales and marketing). Experience in foliar nutrition and biostimulants is a plus.
- Experience in developing from scratch a business strategy and the implementation plan.
- Ability to deliver through others and collaborate in a matrix organization
- People management and coordination
- Capable to engage with global team and senior management
- general and technical knowledge and skills_
- Technical knowledge on plant Nutrition (foliar nutrition)
- Strong focus and implementation habilities in order to develop the strategy achivieng the business plan
- Sales and marketing knowledge on Fertilizer market and distribution channels.
