**About the Role**
Provides support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing welding process GMAW, GTAW, SAW and FCAW.
**What You Will Do**:
- Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes welding.
- Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas welding.
- Analyzing engineering welding change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates, and implements all changes.
- Providing engineering welding support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques welding and metallurgy concepts; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions faster based on informed judgment critical.
**Judgment and Decision Making**:Knowledge of the decision-making process weld; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions to whole team and activities that maximize organizational performance.
**Lean Manufacturing**:Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes welding.
**Manufacturing Equipment**:Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing main brand as Lincoln Electric and Miller; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
**Manufacturing Processes**:Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes welding; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process weld.
**Manufacturing Safety**:Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory electrical requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site of welding process.
**Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies**:Knowledge of organizational standards WPS, procedures as WPQR and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes welding for compliance in order to understood code AWS D1.1.
**Problem Management Process **:Knowledge of manufacturing problem management processes welding, methodologies and techniques; ability to use a disciplined approach to bringing that problem to a successful resolution.
**What is Required**:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical Metallurgic or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in Welding Engineering or Metalworking industry.
- Intermediate conversational English
- Requires strong leadership skills and high performance to lead team members.
- Requires in-depth practical knowledge of welding processes.
- Understanding of quality systems, engineering practices welding, program robotics Cobot ABB and Fanuc, manufacturing practices and project management.
