- Technical competence - Knowledge of using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop. Understanding of online merchandising & marketing mechanisms. Experience as a business user with using SAP, PIM, DAM, DemandWare/Salesforce Commerce platforms a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Ultimately the responsibilities are to support the team in ensuring that the business is flowing smoothly and assist the team in sharing the follow up & execution workload and getting things done in time.
- Own development of site merchandising strategies and day-to-day execution & management of Harman lifestyle websites based on data-driven analysis, with great attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to develop and execute key merchandising initiatives, strategies, and business priorities.
- Identify and execute optimization efforts to improve overall site experience, including:
Personalized customer journeys
Site accuracy and consistency
A/B testing
Sorting
Navigation
Product assortment
Content strategies
Special/Seasonal landing pages
Search queries
Linking strategies
Up-sell/Cross-sell opportunities
SEO
Manage, maintain, and monitor product pricing to ensure accuracy, and maintain inventory for availability.
Collaborate with global content team to ensure accurate and timely new and refurb product launches, while taking ownership of the process by paying attention to detailed QA’ing.
Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to support promotional activity execution and create a seamless customer experience, such as:
National promos and deals
Key seasonal events
Branding campaigns
Coupon execution
Creative asset uploads
Site copy
Manage and streamline the online merchandising calendar with great attention to detail to ensure the site is accurately and appropriately representing Harman’s product line and marketing efforts.
Partner with customer service team to improve customer site experience in relation:
General support (e.g. product registration, warranty)
Site policies (e.g. return policies)
Knowledge base
Post-purchase experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor at Business, Marketing or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in support/analyst role.
- Proficient at using Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Google Analytics
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud and or Marketing Cloud experience
- Facebook and Google Ads experience
- Digital Marketing knowledge
Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
