**Discipline Description**:

- Experience in CO and FI implementation & customizing.
- RTR stream - Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA processes in Record to Report.
- Experience in dealing with key integration areas of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Experience in S4 Conversion, workflow, interfaces, and EDI.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
- Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
- Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system - ServiceNow.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to manage work with mínimal supervision able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
- Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as assignment.
- Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
- Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.
- Develop software systems, including programming, documentation, and testing procedures.

**Education & Experience**:

- 3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
- Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to demonstrate FICO Processes in S/4 HANA
- Controlling components including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders:
1) RCA - Revenue and Cost Accounting

2) Product Costing

3) Profitability Analysis
- Financial Accounting

1) GL - General Ledger

2) AP - Accounts Payable

3) AR - Accounts Receivable

4) AA - Assets Accounting

5) BL - Bank Accounting
- Experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Lead Consultant to work on Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in other SAP modules.
- Development experience (ABAP is strong plus).
- Fiori, Adobe Forms.
- Proficiency in debugging complex programs.
- ServiceNow experience.

**Soft Skills**:

- Good teamwork, written and oral communication in English and customer service skills.
- Needs to be a self-starter with strong analytical thinking skills, able to work independently.
