Family Center services administration,
- Coordinate and execute all activities or events related to employees
- Coordinate all the driver certification
- Promotion of Family Center services
- Family Center inventory control (Tools and loans, sports equipment, gym, lockers, uniforms),
- Costumer service, - Maintenance plans follow up for services (Gym, machines, laundry, lockers, etc.)
- Administration of department databases such as lockers, loans, etc.,
- Administration and monitoring of the department's KPIs,
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and service attitude
- Shift availability
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite products
- Bachelor’s degree
- Team spirit and great interpersonal skills
- 80 % Bilingual (Spanish-English, desire)
- Event coordination experience (desire)
- Inventory experience (desire)
