**Preseries Coordinator**

**Objective of the position**
Lead and coordinate implementation of production projects in the Plant, as internal and external central contact in the sense of Pre-Series production phase in the plant, for new Project Launchs, including transfers between plants during series production

**Principal activities**
- Plan, organize and control subprojects, in cooperation with project management and after approval by supervisor.
- Develop, monitor and coordinate project plans with project leaders / supervisors
- Participate on subproject cost planning, monitor compliance and take countermeasures in case of deviations.
- Reach subproject goals with regard to production-relevant topics (e.g. plan processes in the industrialization phase, etc.)
- Take part on change requests by internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with project management and supervisors
- Support in supplier selection and in the creation / signing of task interface agreements with suppliers, and provide support in make or buy decisions.
- Work with internal demand files to ensure materials availability on Pre-Series phase

Professional career:

- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Administration or related fiel

Relevant experience:

- Automotive Experience
- Administration Skills
- Technical knowledge:
Languages:

- English Advanced Level

**Principal observations**
