- Identify the needs of the production processes, as well as analyze and standardize their indicators using engineering and problem-solving tools to guarantee a culture of continuous improvement in Donaldson._

Role Responsibilities:

- _ With the use of root cause analysis tools, identify and correct problems to optimize and increase the reliability of production processes._
- _ Establish and document standards that meet the requirements of the company and the client in terms of Safety, Quality, OTD and Cost._
- _ Participation in the decisions of engineering changes and in the updating of existing documentation of the production processes._
- _ Implementation of new projects, in conjunction with the project engineer, evaluating, documenting and adjusting the process for a successful launch._
- _ Lead the installation of new machinery from the detection of the need to the documentation of the benefits obtained and capitalization of the fixed asset._
- _ Work closely with operational staff to identify staff training and training needs, and generate corresponding training plans._

Travel: Up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

- _ Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering or related._
- _ 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer._
- _ Advanced English._ _Knowledge of 6 Sigma - Lean Manufacturing._
- _ Troubleshooting Tools (CoreTools, PDCA)_
- _ Handling Minitab, Autocad, and Solidworks (Intermediate)_

Preferred Qualifications:

- _ Experience in automotive or metalworking industry of 500+ workers._
- _ Project management, basic knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies_ _MS_
- _ Office Package Management (PowerPoint, Excel, Project)_
- _ Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14000._
