**RESUMEN**:
Este rol es una posición clave responsable de la entrega de la innovación de procesos y las iniciativas de mejora continua en áreas multifuncionales. Juega un papel importante en ayudar a fomentar una cultura de cambio sostenible a través de la creación e incorporación de la metodología LEAN, y el marco de soporte basado en un Sistema de Gestión Operativo para ofrecer una transformación empresarial. Proporciona liderazgo y desarrolla programas que educan a la organización sobre conceptos lean que conducen a la identificación e implementación de mejoras en la organización de operaciones y áreas transaccionales. La actividad de mejora típica se traduce en un rendimiento mejorado en las áreas de enfoque como Personas, Calidad, Entrega y Costo.

**ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Encuentra oportunidades de mejora y de pérdidas, para determinar las causas raíz (técnicas de resolución de problemas).
- Apoya la entrega de mejor valor y mayor eficiencia a través de la identificación y eliminación de la complejidad innecesaria dentro de los procesos de negocios y la identificación de mejores formas de trabajar.
- Apoyo a iniciativas de reducción de costos (VIP).
- Desarrolle estrategias de alto nível basadas en la línea de base actual y el resultado deseado a través de la alineación de BOS.
- Establecer métricas para monitorear los ahorros financieros en comparación con las metas y objetivos establecidos.
- Iniciar y facilitar programas y actividades de mejora Lean. - Capacitación y / o certificaciones.
- Impulsar el cambio del proceso mediante entrevistas con el personal, análisis de documentos, talleres de requisitos (como VAVE, grupos focales, etc.), encuestas, visitas a sitios (Benchmarking), análisis de negocios, Gemba Walks y análisis de flujo de trabajo_._
- Desarrollar y mantener esfuerzos anuales de mapeo de flujo de valor, planes de CI y calendarios_._
- Diseñar y mantener la gestión visual y la estandarización en todo el sitio.
- Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de una estrategia de mejora continua "la mejor en su clase"_ _
- Diseñar y ejecutar un programa de comunicación de CI.
- Diseñar un Programa de Sugerencias (Hojas Kaizen)_ _
- Dirigir y facilitar el proceso continuo de Mejora Lean mediante el uso de técnicas como Kaizen, 5’S, TPM, Six Sigma, Kanban, Implementación de políticas, etc.
- Guiado por metodologías formales de Kaizen, asuma el liderazgo en la implementación de cambios, actuando como líderes, gerentes y mentores en diferentes áreas de la organización.
- Coordinar y liderar proyectos clave para mejorar en todos los níveles de la organización. Incluyendo el Programa de Pasantías._ _
- Asegurarse de que se utilizan procesos y métodos de seguridad y ergonomía adecuados. Identifique las necesidades relacionadas con las mejoras en seguridad / ergonomía y ayude a desarrollar e implementar soluciones a estos problemas.
- Garantizar que el impacto en el negocio y los objetivos / dependencias del proyecto se identifiquen, informen y gestionen en todo momento.
- Monitorear activamente los riesgos del proyecto para prever / identificar problemas potenciales e identificar proactivamente soluciones para abordar con anticipación.
- Identificar tendencias y variaciones de procesos como parte del establecimiento de un sistema de monitoreo de mejora continua.
- Enseñar a otros a liderar los esfuerzos de mejora, incluida la capacitación en herramientas efectivas para el liderazgo exitoso de proyectos.
- Identificar las necesidades continuas de capacitación en mejora lean y ayudar a desarrollar e implementar la capacitación requerida.

- Licenciatura o ingeniería con énfasis en fabricación.

**Experiência deseable**:

- Green belt Lean-Six Sigma, preferiblemente Black belt.
