**PURPOSE**:
Proporciona apoyo a la Cadena de Suministro para las unidades de Operaciones asignadas con el propósito de asegurar que los proveedores provean los materiales y componentes. Es responsable de la continuidad de suministro de componentes a través de establecimiento de un proceso de cadena de suministros, métricos y sistemas que optimizarán la señal de requerimientos del proveedor y asegura el constante flujo de material en apoyo a la programación de las unidades de negocio. Es responsable de identificar, comunicar y manejarlas acciones correctivas para rupturas actuales o potenciales debido a la integridad de la señal de reabastecimiento, capacidad del proveedor, calidad, obsolescencia, o situaciones del proveedor.Es responsable de planear y monitorear los suministros de las ordenes de trabajo y el presupuesto retornable. Es responsable del control del costo del material por medio de procesos de renovación.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:
Se asegurará de que los sistemas de reabastecimiento de inventario estén diseñados y trabajen para proporcionar una señal optima al Proveedor además de información sobre el indicador líder para prevenir de manera efectiva el tiempo muerto de las líneas de producción y el impactoal servicio al cliente mientras que se asegura que la inversión del tamaño del inventario se apegue al presupuesto.

Este puesto desempeña una variedad de tareas de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos para diseñar, validar e implementar mejoras en los procesos con el objetivo de proporcionar soluciones a los sistemas para asegurar de manera proactiva la Continuidad de Suministro de los Proveedores.

Diseña e implementa subprocesos, sistemas, flujos de datos, y reportes para dar apoyo a MPS, PPS y SP en la Planeación de Procesos Mayores.
- Requerimiento de señal de proveedor y Pronostico.
- Flujo y/o reabastecimiento multi-sitio de material.
- Solución de problemas del portal de Proveedores y capacitación al usuario.
- Integridad de los Parámetros de Planeación BWI ERP/MRP.
- Principales indicadores de Capacidad del Proveedor y mitigación.
- Proveedor de componente S&OP
- Renueva el proceso de FG, WIP & RM
- Entrega puntual y/o apego a la meta de inventario para el material asignado a la unidad de negocio.
- Desarrolla planes proactivos para impulsar el cumplimiento.
- Premia los enfoques innovadores para el manejo de la cadena de suministro para alcanzar los objetivos de Operaciones respecto a servicio al cliente y tiempos de ciclos.
- Sirve como persona clave en la comunicación de eventos al Departamento de
