**Descripción del empleo** Acerca del Empleo**:
Garantizar el proceso operativo de Client Inquiries en Operaciones para garantizar el proceso End 2 End de dudas que envian los clientes externos o internos tanto en tiempo como en forma, buscando que los clientes tengan las respuestas adecuadas en el menor tiempo posible

**Responsabilidades**:

- Define estrategias que permitan cumplir y superar los objetivos definidos, buscando oportunidades en la mejora de los procesos del area.
- Garantiza el cumplimiento de indicadores (100%), alinear con Customer Success todo lo necesario para cumplirlos.
- Gestionar el éxito de cada tarea de respuesta del Customer Success (clara y que solucione la duda) y gestionar la relación con Customer Success ejecutando y resolviendo la solicitud de Customer Success relacionada con el tiempo y de acuerdo con nuestros Acuerdos de Nível de Servicio.
- Mantener una fuerte comunicación y alineación con todos los equipos relacionados con el proceso de Client Inquiries.
- Garantizar que los servicios prestados a los Customer Success sean oportunos y precisos de acuerdo con las necesidades y especificaciones de los client inquiries, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.

**Requisitos** Acerca de ti**:
Garantizar que todo el equipo este 100% entrenado y certificado correctamente/constantemente, para dar un buen servicio al cliente y soluciónar los errores de forma entendible.

**Requisitos**
- Ingeniería Industrial o relacionadas.
- Experiência: Experiência en calidad, mejora continua, metodologías de mejora continua y calidad.
- Ingles Avanzado Microsoft Office
