**Customer Service**:

- Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP 25903- Country/Region: MX**About the position**:
Responsible for verifying product tracking Receive and process customer requests and provide follow-up and feedback to customer in order to meet demand Monitor delivery and review customer evaluation, as well as feedback disputes into the system as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Constantly check customer tracking systems.
- Receive and process customer material orders.
- Feed back to the different departments the changes made to material orders.
- Monitor and maintain good product delivery execution.
- Discuss customer sanctions when needed, within a certain period.
- Generate the list of merchandise to be collected at the Ramos Arizpe plant.
- Generate packing list and bill of lading, Coordinate customer shipments.
- Send ASN's to clients and inform them about changes or variations in the requested orders.
- Coordinate customer requests with the product to be shipped.
- Participate in coordination with Engineering and Planning on changes to the product and inform the final quantity to the client to avoid disuse of the product.
- Negotiate shipping dates with customers, when regular demand exceeds regular quantities.
- Analyze and prepare the weekly and monthly sales forecast report.
- Coordinate returns of finished materials when product quality defects are detected by the client.
- Send customer disuse complaints, when applicable.
- Discuss carrier overage charges 18. Discuss RDRs (discrepancy reports) with the client, when applicable
- Responsabilities mentioned before are described but not limited.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Bachelors
- Bilingual.
- Experience in similar position minimum of 5 years
- Experience in Automotive and commercial vehicles industry
- Customer Care and satisfaction
