**PPG Industries**:
**Estate of Mexico**:
The** universal agent **will be in charge of communicating with our clients via telephone to resolve questions or clarifications. You will report directly to the customer service manager. This position is based in Tultitlan, Estate of Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling service calls
- Order creation, clarification and tracking
- Management with support areas (logistics, distribution, etc.)
- Support to other ATC areas
- Request Capture

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree in Administration or related
- 1 or 2 years of experience in customer service or responsibilities mention above
- Basic level of English
- Basic level of Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Skills: customer service, conflict resolution and communication
- Desirable experience in call center
