- Your Responsibilities
- Brindar atención 24/7 y un servicio diferenciado a nuestros clientes/socios/asegurados. A través de una asesoría personalizada, correcta y en tiempo en temas de Beneficios para Empleados (Gastos médicos, Vida y Flexibles). Representación directa y permanente de Lockton.
- Facilitar el flujo de información, servicio y asesoría requeridos por el cliente.
- Supervisar y apoyar en las operaciones propias de la administración de la(s) cuenta(s) a cargo. Análisis de necesidades del cliente para detectar áreas de oportunidad y mejoras en los planes de seguros y servicio.
- Atención y asesoría a clientes (internos y externos) 24/7 los 365 días, garantizando la correcta atención a asegurados con relación al Programa de Beneficios contratado(s) (GMM, Vida, Flexibles), procesos de pago, siniestros, etc.
- Platicas informativas del uso de la póliza (resolver dudas, dar a conocer condiciones y exclusiones, etc.) en conjunto con el área de Servicio (equipo).
- Seguimiento de trámites administrativos con las diferentes áreas internas:

- Apoyo en el proceso de renovación - Técnico.
- Mantenimiento y Cobranza - Operaciones.
- Reembolsos, programación de cirugías, reembolsos, reporte hospitalario - Siniestros.
- Seguimiento al nível de cumplimiento de los objetivos del equipo de servicio.
- Análisis de condiciones actuales y propuesta de mejoras.
- Gestión de cobranza y devoluciones de prima de las pólizas detalladas.
- Coordinación del Proceso de Renovación - Emisión
- Gestión de cobranza y devoluciones de prima de las pólizas detalladas.

Negociación directa con Aseguradoras para solicitudes de alta/baja/modificación de asegurados en pólizas beneficios.
- Qualifications- Licenciatura 100% de los créditos (preferente en áreas económico-administrativas)
- Experiência de 5 años en un puesto similar (haya laborado en Bróker o Aseguradora)
- Especialista en Seguros beneficios y planes flexibles.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Excel intermedio (manejo de base de datos y tablas dinámicas)Presentaciones (power point)
