**Responsabilidades principales**
- Garantizar un sólido control de los recursos financieros del negocio de acuerdo al presupuesto autorizado tanto para la operación normal como gastos y capital de lanzamientos, además de elaborar y analizar la planeación del P&L para Outlooks, Planes, Weekly, Forecasts, etc
- Coordinar el proceso de cierre de mes garantizando el control y correcto registro de los asientos contables en tiempo y forma para evitar riesgos en los Estados Financieros, reportando de manera veraz y oportuna al Contralor de Planta los resultados mensuales y explicación de variaciones del P&L.
- Asegurar que existan y se sigan los controles internos necesarios, para confirmar la calidad ética y moral de los miembros del negocio; así como para cumplir con los requerimientos de CSOX y IOS.
- Coordinar el trabajo y responsabilidades de sus colaboradores que tenga a cargo, asegurando la entrega de resultados en tiempo y forma.
- Asistir de manera oportuna en análisis y entrega de requerimientos de auditoría tanto interna como externa.
- Soportar en el control y administración de los inventarios de materia prima, material indirecto, así como en el control y salvaguarda de los activos fijos para mitigar posibles pérdidas financieras.
- Implementar mejoras financieras mediante los análisis a métricos operativos clave, así como soportar en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de reducción de costo asegurando su sustentabilidad a través del tiempo.
- Asegurar que el costo de manufactura esté correctamente costeado y analizado.
Demostrar una intolerancia a los Actos y Condiciones inseguras, promoviendo una mejora continua del desempeño en salud y seguridad, cuidado ambiental, en la prevención de la contaminación, en la calidad y seguridad del producto y servicio que brinda, implementando todos los estándares y lineamientos, legales y otros, así como los del Sistema Operativo del Negocio (IOS) de la organización; manteniendo los registros necesarios para demostrar su cumplimiento y asistiendo a los entrenamientos aplicables a sus funciones y responsabilidades.
