**About the Role**:

The Senior Consultant - Management Consulting is accountable for managing strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee, with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage and also for supporting Senior Strategy Managers and Directors in projects around key Novartis products in major markets, that deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone.

Main responsibilities:

- Generates strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distills outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top leaders.
- Achieves successful outcomes for all managed project and ensures the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer.
- Responsible for the deliverables are prepared within the relevant project delivery methodology, managing project risks, where required.
- Supports multi-disciplinary teams - internal customer, functional, IT, third party.

**Minimum Requirements**
- ** 5+ years of experience leading process improvement projects in large companies and across different regions.**:
