**The Role**: Data Transformation Analyst

**The Location**: Monterrey, Mexico

This role will add to the team of individuals that fulfil requests from the growing business of custom audience marketing. We provide the best audience possible to target specific clients campaign needs and ultimately create opportunities for clients to increase sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Convert written instructions into necessary program input.

Clarifying requirements with sales account teams.

Executing complex data extraction processes.
Identifying and matching data as required by job specifications.
Validation / QC of extracted data to specifications.
Providing data support to account and product teams.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Recent graduate.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

Work efficiently under pressure.

Manage multiple incoming requests in a timely manner.

Ability to work both independently & collaboratively across the organization.

Flexibility and good organizational skills.
Independent judgment/ problem solving.
Promptly and professionally answers internal or external customer requests.

Patience and excellent attention to detail.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

SQL coding knowledge is a plus but not required.

Self-motivated and reliable working behavior.

Positive team attitude.

Great data analytics skills. - experience working with large data sets is a plus.

**Grade/Level**: Grade Level 8 (Internal Only)
