To strengthen our team in México we are looking for: HR Generalist Mérida

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Recruitment and selection of administrative, operational and farmers personnel, according to the coverage times of the Puratos Mexico talent attraction team.
- Plan with the Compensation management, the implementation of the budgeted benefits and administration of the same, being the first contact to solve doubts for Comercializadora employees.
- Support and implement engagement projects and communication campaigns for all employees through different media (e.g voice survey).
- Implement trainings and team buildings locally.
- Administration and control of headcount and monthly/annual turnover. Establishing initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
- Deliver to Puratos de Mexico payroll team the incidences (absenteeism, vacations, overtime, etc...) in time and form.
- Elaboration of annual budget of salaries, benefits, training, events and various expenses of Human Resources, in conjunction with the Puratos de Mexico team and the financial area of Comercializadora.
- Collaboration with the Human Resources Director for succession planning and personnel development.
- Ensure compliance with the area's expense budget.
- Update job descriptions and developing new ones as required.
- Handle SuccessFactor tool for personnel information management.
- First contact for employees in case of doubts related to working conditions and benefits.
- Management of local suppliers to achieve favorable agreements for employees.
- Responsible for administration and updating of physical and virtual files.
- Update training matrix per employee and training programs at all levels.
- Manage all Onboarding and Offboarding process activities for employees.
- Collaborate in the achievement of the company's objectives by ensuring the correct flow of information between Comercializadora managers and national HR.
- Ensures compliance with global HR policies which must ensure full compliance with Mexican laws.
- Manages the performance appraisal cycle (UNICODE) and supports employees to achieve their individual development plans.
- Supports Puratos recruiting initiatives to enhance the image of Puratos as an employer brand in Merida.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Administration, Accountant or similar
