Principales áreas de desempeño

Usted será responsable de asegurar la existencia y generación de planes y programas de mantenimiento para garantizar una alta disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos a un costo competitivo.

Acerca de la posición:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de programas de mantenimiento en tiempo, calidad y costos.

Promover Análisis de Fallas de equipos prioritarios.

Gestionar el Backlog entre rangos de 2 a 4 semanas.

Revisión y actualización de planes de trabajo.

Asegurar que la información de mantenimiento a los equipos sea veraz y oportuna.

Administrar la documentación técnica de los equipos.

Coordinar reuniones de resultados de mantenimiento.

Elaborar programas de mantenimiento debidamente balanceados y acordados con operación.

Revisar y validar Información ingresada en las ordenes de trabajo.

Registro y movimiento de equipos y componentes en la base de datos.

Crear solicitudes de repuestos para ejecución del backlog.

Seguimiento a la ejecución de ordenes de trabajo.

Planear órdenes de trabajo con todos los recursos necesarios (M.O., Repuestos, Materiales, Herramientas y equipo)

Obtener y analizar indicadores de equipo y proceso (D.F., MTBF, MTTR, % cumplimiento, Costo horario, % Utilización MO)

Medir los tiempos de ejecución de los mantenimientos.

Verificar y asegurar la disposición de refacciones, mano de obra y herramientas requeridas para la reconstrucción de equipos y componentes.

Desarrollar plan de rehabilitación de equipos y componentes.

Generar reporte de utilización de recursos (mano de obra y bahías).

Seguimiento a que los costos de las rehabilitaciones se mantengan en el presupuesto.

Solicitud de refacciones al área de soporte a partes en función de plan de rehabilitación.

Generar Gantt de rehabilitación de los equipos y componentes.

Seguimiento a cotizaciones a clientes internos y extenos.

Su perfil:

- Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afines.
- 3 años en conocimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, y predictivo, sistemas hidráulicos, mecánica, sistemas eléctricos de control.
- Indispensable manejo de software de mantenimiento IBM MAXIMO
- Disponibilidad para viajar y rolar turnos.
- Capacidad de adaptación para estar fuera de casa.
- Manejo de herramienta de office (Excel, Power BI, Project).
- Experiência en uso de ERP.
- Comunicación efectiva.
