**Descripción y RequisitosPropósito del puesto**
Ingeniero de procesos SPI, AOI AXI & RX responsable de definir, implementar, mantener y mejorar procesos renovados con experiência.

**Principales Roles**
Desarrollar planes de inspección óptica automática para múltiples plataformas y modelos de máquinas (TRI).
Definir estrategias para evitar deslizamientos con nuestros clientes internos y externos, 0 kilometraje y cumplimientos del cliente.
Asistir a capacitaciones internas y externas específicas de la tecnología AOI para programación y mantenimiento.
Garantice la estandarización en toda la planta y de conformidad con las políticas corporativas.
Capacitar y desarrollar seminarios de capacitación para perforar, técnicos y personal operativo.
Procurar con proveedores internos y externos la maquinaria, utillajes y accesorios necesarios para la producción.
Desarrollar y/o complementar los programas de mantenimiento para cumplir con las pautas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
Asistir y coordinar los lanzamientos de nuevos productos para cumplir con los hitos definidos del proyecto (compilaciones de muestra, pre-PV, PV y SOP).
Supervise y garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos de tiempo de inactividad técnica, los objetivos de costos de defectos, los problemas técnicos y los objetivos de KPI (pseudo fallos y costos de defectos).
Definir las piezas de repuesto y cantidades necesarias para el proceso/equipo asignado. Proporcionar los níveles mínimos y máximos de stock necesarios para la cuna de herramientas.
Apoye todas las iniciativas de producción (CIP, implementación de políticas, trabajo en equipo, etc.).
Participar activamente en la creación del Plan de Control y PFMEA.
Definición de procedimientos e instrucciones para el nuevo proceso de fabricación.
Uso de herramientas six sigma aplicables para realizar pruebas de capacidad de la máquina, repetibilidad y reproducibilidad, estudios según los procedimientos.

**Requerimientos**
Ingles (Intermedio/Avanzado).
Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Electrónica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Informática)
4+ años en SMT en industria automotriz.

**Conocimientos**
Microsoft, Minitab, SAP, Solid Works,AutoCAD, GC Prevue, Panacim, DGS, DPO.
Desarrollar perfiles de temperatura de horno de reflujo.
Desarrollar cronogramas de mantenimiento.
Plan de Control y creación de PFMEA.
Conocimiento de herramientas de resolución de problemas / certificado Black Belt, Shaining, Kepner Tregoe, etc.
