**The Role**:

- _ Supplier relationship management_
- _ Support to Operational Buyer and Category Manager on Supplier strategic_
- _ Cultivate culture of open, accurate communication and trust with suppliers _
- _Define appropriate communication strategy to ensure timely, accurate information release and supplier feedback._
- _ Hold regular supplier meetings to review operational performance. Support scorecard process _
- _On time delivery (OTD)_
- _ Implement OTD-to-request-date measure for supply base, including data collection and monthly reporting._
- _ Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve and sustain business OTD requirements._
- _ Minimize impact to factory caused by material shortages by identifying risks and mitigating._
- _ Micromanagement of critical shortage situations_
- _ Forecasting and order fulfilment processes_
- _ Optimize and deploy full suite of inbound supply chain processes including forecasts, PO release, overdue management and expediting._
- _ Good understanding of MRP systems. Ability to extract reports and manipulate data._
- _ Buffer stocking and lead time reduction_
- _ Define and implement supplier buffer stocking agreements, including target setting/flexing, monitoring and exception management._
- _ Drive continuous lead time improvement and processes to support, goal being logistics lead time only._
- _ Manage buffer stocking process throughout product lifecycle, incorporating NPI and End of Life/obsolescence._

**What We Expect of You?**
- _ Education and Experience:_
- _ Bachelor degree on International Relations, International Commerce, ideally with professional procurement or logistics qualification._
- _ 1 year experience preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment._
- _ Track record managing and improving supply chains and supplier performance _
- _Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)_
