**Your Responsibilities**

1 Desarrollar proyectos de diseño detransformadores secos encapsulados en resina epóxica mediante el uso desoftware especializado como CREO y Auto-Cad, para estandarizar los procesos ypartes para modelado. Desarrollar cálculos, dibujos, especificaciones demateriales en base especificaciones de clientes, con la finalidad de diseñar eltransformador seco encapsulado entiéndase como bobina, mordazas de núcleoprincipal, conexiones, ensambles necesarios para manufactura, la especificaciónde pintura y los accesorios externos de los transformadores (ventiladores,calentadores, gabinetes, soporteria, etc.) de acuerdo a las necesidades delcliente y asegurar el funcionamiento de los mismos.
2 Supervisar y asesorar al personal de producción enlas diferentes partes del proceso, a fin de resolver dudas respecto a lafabricación y ensamble de componentes de acuerdo con las especificaciones dediseño.
3 Resolver problemas de diseño o fabricación conproveedores, a fin de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del producto final.
4 Proporcionar dibujos y especificaciones de materialesa producción, para la fabricación de los transformadores.
5 Cargar a la BOM (Bill of Material; lista demateriales) los materiales del área de diseño mecánico, a fin de asegurar laadquisición oportuna de los mismos.
6 Analizar y comprender las normas nacionales einternacionales así como los procedimientos de la empresa, estándares y reglasde diseño internos de SIEMENS (TUB's) para cumplir con los requerimientos yespecificaciones de los clientes a fin de contar con los conocimientos para laelaboración de los diseños.
7 Proponer e implantar proyectos, para incrementar laproductividad de la empresa (MCP).
8 Determinar los materiales nuevos a utilizar para lafabricación de las piezas específicas del transformador.
9 Analizar y comprender publicaciones e investigacionestécnicas pertinentes para ampliar y eficientar el conocimiento sobre diseño detransformadores.
