**Responsabilidades**:

- Saldar cuentas bancarias, contabilizar y cuadrar datos financieros en varios libros contables.
- Realizar diversas tareas básicas de contabilidad de acuerdo con los procedimientos estándar, incluidas tareas de contabilidad general.
- Revisar diariamente el estado de las cuentas morosas e iniciar acciones de cobro poniéndose en contacto con los clientes.
- Procesar los pagos y compilar los segmentos de los cierres mensuales y los informes anuales de conformidad con los principios contables generalmente aceptados.
- Confirmar documentos y códigos Apoyar, comunicar y reforzar la misión, los valores y la cultura de la organización.
- Contactar con los clientes para ayudarles a resolver problemas de pago; ayudarles a establecer planes de pago.
- Proporcionar información, según se solicite, al departamento de ventas/marketing, expedidores, clientes y otras partes interesadas.

**Requisitos**:

- Bilingüe (Inglés - Español) **CONVERSACIONAL INDISPENSABLE**:

- VISA vigente (**INDISPENSABLE**)
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluída en Contabilidad o afín
- Expeciencia superior a 2 años en Cuentas por Cobrar
- Experiência en Notas de Crédito
- Experiência deseable en Sistema SAP
- Experiência en Excel (Avanzado)
