Team Overview:
The DiDi Rides Business Intelligence team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the decision-making, analysis, data, and dashboard development for the LATAM Rides business.

This position will work closely with internal teams, including Pricing, Strategy, Resource Allocation, and other BI internal teams.

Role Responsibilities:

- Unveiling insights from data, and using them for recommendations and actions that will drive business success.
- Building and maintaining data products, such as datasets and dashboards, that will help businesses thrive with data-driven decisions.
- Working with diverse and global teams, coordinating with each other to choose the best path to follow.
- Collaborating with managers and business leaders to fulfill the strategic roadmap.

Role Qualifications:

- A degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines like engineers, economists, actuaries, statisticians, computer scientists, etc.
- Experience from 0 to 3 years in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or other quantitative roles.
- Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level.
- Proficient coding; SQL is a must, but other programming languages like Python, or R are also acceptable.
- Data visualization skills in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik View, Data Studio, or even Excel (not required but valuable).
- Google Suite tools experience as Sheets, Slides, and Docs (not required but valuable).
- Knowledge of advanced technical fields like Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Engineering (not required but valued).
