**Job Description**:
Summary:
Owns the importation procedure for aircraft parts, materials, machinery and equipment. Responsible for the documents required for exportations.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the Import process and support the Export requirements.
- Responsible for identifying and complying with import/export regulatory documentation and process standards set by external entities
- Maintain customs systems data integrity.
- Collate information from Annex 24 & 30
- Perform web portal Annex 24 and 30 reports and maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor Degree
- 12 months of experience on customs documentation (invoices, shipment notes, petitions).
- English (80% conversational and written).
- Skills in MS OFFICE, extensive knowledge in customs laws, trade agreements and customs legislation. Writing and writing skills.
- Valid US Visa.
- Willingness to Travel
