**Tu Trabajo**
Asegurar la ejecución apropiada del plan de manufactura del área de Ensamble siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos, cuidando la seguridad del personal y la calidad del producto. Asegurar el registro de la información requerida para la administración de los indicadores de manufactura. Generar y dar seguimiento a acciones de mejora en conjunto con un equipo multidisciplinario, para garantizar cumplir o exceder las expectativas declaradas en las metas del área. Planeación estratégica de actividades prioritarias y recursos necesarios

Esta posición tiene contribución directa en el cumplimiento de los métricos de manufactura tales como Observaciones de Seguridad, OEE, POEE, PPMs de Calidad y níveles de desperdicio.

Esta persona tomará el liderazgo sobre un equipo multidisciplinario para enfrentar retos en el proceso y tendrá la autoridad para solicitar rápidas acciones para revertir tendencias negativas de desempeño.

Esta persona tendrá la autoridad para detener cualquier proceso de manufactura cuando se considere necesario para mantener la seguridad y la calidad. Asimismo, el ingeniero de manufactura tendrá la autoridad para asignar y distribuir actividades a mano de obra directa

**Lo que Harás**

Responsable de las actividades de los Supervisores en cuanto a la administración del personal (operadores de producción, técnicos y líderes de grupo), que lleven el control del monitoreo de asistencia y ausentismo, relaciones laborales, disciplina, uso de EPP, seguimiento y realización de capacitación, así como comunicación en general de temas de la compañía. Mantiene una relación cercana con Recursos Humanos.

Esta posición da seguimiento a las órdenes de manufactura de acuerdo con la planeación y prioridades del cliente trabajando en conjunto con Gerencia de Materiales. Confirma que se asigne mano de obra directa a actividades para cumplir con los planes. Da seguimiento al balanceo de líneas y a la documentación apropiada por parte de ingeniería.

Comunicación y coordinación, a través de los Supervisores, con los técnicos de Set-Up y team leaders para el correcto funcionamiento de las líneas de producción automáticas/semiautomáticas/manuales

Quién Eres (Requerimientos Básicos )
- Asegura que se coordina y ejecuta el plan de entrenamiento para mano de obra directa a fin de garantizar la realización correcta de tareas y el incremento de flexibilidad operativa.
- Toma el liderazgo y/o participa en actividades relacionadas a la mejora continua de los procesos de manufactura, calidad, seguridad, relaciones laborales, etc.
- Genera de forma diaria reportes de manufactura acerca del status de las líneas de produccion a fin de mantener informado a todo el equipo multidisciplinario y el comité gerencial.
- Busca e implementa ideas para reducir los tiempos muertos. Toma el liderazgo sobre el equipo multidisciplinario cuando se trata de ejecución de mejoras.
- Proporciona herramientas para garantizar la comunicación al siguiente turno a níveles operativo, de líderes de línea y de ingenieros, con el fin de garantizar que se comparta la información clave de manufactura tal como prioridades de órdenes y el desempeño de los métricos del área.
