Jr Accountant

We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to provide entry level support to the accounting team in a full cycle

close.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Assist accounting team in preparation of journal entries to ensure all business transactions are

recorded.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management including data entry, payments and collections.
- Support senior accountants in preparing monthly financial reporting packages.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports when needed.
- Work closely with other accountants and operations staff.
- Give support to other projects and other assigned duties.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Analytical problem-solving aptitude and ability to organize work with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel skills.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate.
- Ability to work as a team player.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent english written and verbal communication skills
