- Gestión del rendimiento del equipo, realización de evaluaciones de técnicos y operadores, y desarrollo de planes de formación para las personas.
- Impulsar la cultura de la calidad garantizando el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos de trabajo, mediante la revisión y aprobación de los paquetes de producción, así como la evaluación y el mantenimiento continuos a través del sistema de control de documentos según corresponda.
- Garantizar que se lleven a cabo, evalúen y documenten las actividades de formación y mejora de las habilidades necesarias para optimizar la versatilidad del operador de producción.
- Garantizar que las eficiencias y los objetivos de producción se cumplan y revisen continuamente con el apoyo de los equipos de ingeniería de procesos y mantenimiento.
- Garantizar que se implementen mejoras continuas y que se coordinen, implementen y evalúen las actividades de fabricación eficiente.
- Apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos y que los controles de cambio se gestionen e introduzcan de manera eficaz. Enlace con ingeniería y gestión para programar y supervisar las pruebas de productos y las ejecuciones de validación.
- Revisión, participación, retroalimentación y aprobación de las ejecuciones iniciales de producción al departamento de NPI.
- Optimización/planificación de recursos de acuerdo con los requisitos de los pedidos.
- Contratación de empleados de producción junto con RR.HH.
- Enlace con el supervisor del almacén en relación con el mantenimiento y control de existencias.
- Las tareas administrativas incluirán el sistema de control de tiempo y asistencia, la planificación de vacaciones, etc.
- Participación rutinaria en iniciativas de calidad, resolución de problemas, programa de auditoría interna/programa CAPA.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en ingeniería/ciencias/negocios/disciplina de cadena de suministro
- Experiência previa mínima de 3 años en un puesto de supervisión.
- Experiência trabajando en flexografía.
- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Es deseable tener experiência en el desarrollo e instalación de un paquete ERP o experiência en proyectos similares.
- Es fundamental tener excelentes habilidades en sistemas informáticos y experiência en sistemas integrados.
- Antecedentes en sistemas operativos como TPM, 5'S', PDCA, buenas prácticas de fabricación y principios lean.
