**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in careers related to HR.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Recent graduates of higher education (No more than one year after graduation and completion of studies).
- Grade point average: 85 minimum
- Work experience not required, internship in HR or in the area desirable.
- Schedule availability (to see a process that is on a different shift) will rotate shifts in the future.
- Interest in learning and developing in different areas of HR.
- Ease of transportation to Superior's different locations
