El rol de Customer Centricity Manager es un rol de liderazgo que se enfoca en dirigir la estrategia y las iniciativas relacionadas con la satisfacción del cliente en una empresa.

**Responsabilidades**:
Liderar y supervisar la estrategia de centricidad del cliente de manera omnicanal dentro de la empresa.
Diseñar y liderar la estrategia de Customer Centricity.
Utilizar datos y análisis para comprender las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos como marketing, ventas, servicio al cliente, datos, etc.
Establecer métricas e indicadores para medir y evaluar la calidad de la experiência del cliente a través de la omnicanalidad.
Innovación en modelos de negocio.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência significativa en la gestión de Customer Centricity a través de distintos canales.
Experiência previa en roles de gestión y liderazgo, demostrando la capacidad de dirigir proyectos de manera efectiva.
Conocimiento en análisis de datos y métricas de experiência al cliente.
Capacidad para colaborar en toda la organización y liderar iniciativas de mejora.
Familiaridad con las herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con la gestión de la experiência del cliente como sistemas de CRM, sofware, plataformas digitales, etc.
Manejo de tecnologías de la información.
